I will keep this concise in regards to the post title but I want to mention the idea of thinking smaller in regards to your diet. Using smaller plates, smaller glasses, even smaller bread slices would help halt any excessive eating habits. Don’t try to switch all of your habits in one week either. Make small changes, maybe even one a week. That seems like nothing but fifty-two dietary changes a year would be a mind blowing success.
