Great Point Skyler & Dang Jared Fogle. Walking with a vegetarian sub does not equate to a successful fitness program. I've always wondered why people are so fascinated when people lose 100 pounds and go from morbidly obese to fairly overweight. I might have to rant about this. Thanks for the inspiration...

"Fitness tends to have an upward spiral effect. Your workout requires you to eat better and causes you to sleep better which in turn gives you more energy for your next workout."

Unless you have an individual who takes the "Subway Approach." By this I refer to the commercials a few years back that had absolutely egregious things happening and they were OK because they person at fault "had Subway today." Sometimes, people think they can not eat right, not sleep well, etc. just because they worked out that day.

Best,
Skyler
